Bulleit Bourbon is a model of Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey produced by the Bulleit Distilling Firm. It’s named after Augustus Bulleit, a frontier distiller who lived within the early 1800s. Bulleit Bourbon is constructed from a mash of 68% corn, 28% rye, and 4% malted barley. It’s aged for no less than six years in charred oak barrels.
